Booking Conditions
Payment must be received before the conference date.
If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card.
Photographs, audio and video recordings on which you might be recognized will be produced for our public relations during the event. If you do not wish to be recorded, please write an email to info@thermoforming-europe.org. For further information on our privacy statement, please go to check our privacy policy.
Cancellations/Substitutions
If it’s not possible for you to attend the conference in April 2024, the value of your conference ticket purchased (Standard Ticket, SPE Member Ticket, Spouse Ticket, Student Ticket, Training Course Ticket or Tabletop Ticket) remains valid as a credit for the next European Thermoforming Conference. However, you can send a substitute delegate at any time.
Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
Cancellations made before 31st of January 2024 will be charged at 10% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made between 1st of February and 15th of March 2024 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made after 15th of March 2024 will be charged the full invoice amount.
However, you can send a substitute delegate at any time.
Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card.
